Monilana is located in Halsteren and is registered at the Chamber of Commerce South West Netherlands under number 50722212.


What payment methods are there?

Via bank transfer.

Is it possible from outside to Netherlands to place an order?


For Belgium and Germany will be charged for orders under € 50,- a amount of € 6.75

Orders over € 50,-we ship for free. Only to Germany and Belgium.

For the other countries apply different shipping costs.

How long should I wait for my order?

After your payment is credited to our account, your order will be sent. You will receive an email on the day we send your package. Normal delivery time of GLS is 1 to 3 working days for a shipment in Netherlands, and 2 to 8 days for a shipment to foreign countries.


Can I change or cancel my order?

Of course, you can. Please send us an email as soon as possible or take a call, then we cancel your order for you.


I have placed an order, but I did not receive a confirmation email?

Check of the confirmation mail maybe has fallen in your junk mail (spam). Is this not the case please contact us.


I get a proof of payment?

Once the payment is received, we will send you an email.


Is it possible to have your order delivered to a different address?

Yes this is possible, please indicate this by using the Web site. You can add 2 different addresses. Invoice address and delivery address.


You must create an account to place an order?

No, you do not have to create an account. You can order without logging in. If you do create an account, you can see the status of the order and the order in the future faster.


Are all items in stock?
